Base Ingredients
Yogurt (Greek yogurt or high-protein yogurt) – 2 cups
Strawberry – 1½ cups (fresh, chopped)
Low-fat cream cheese – 150 g
Honey or zero-calorie sweetener – 2–3 tbsp
Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
Protein powder (vanilla or strawberry flavor) – 1 scoop
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Crunch Layer (optional)
Crushed graham crackers or oats – 1 cup
Melted coconut oil or butter – 1–2 tbsp
Topping
Strawberry slices
Yogurt drizzle or light whipped cream
Chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Base
Mix crushed graham crackers (or oats) with melted butter/coconut oil.
Press a small layer into the bottom of each jar.
Chill for 10 minutes to set.
Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Yogurt Cream
In a bowl, blend cream cheese until smooth.
Add Yogurt and mix well.
Add protein powder, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and sweetener.
Whisk until creamy and fluffy
Step 3: Prepare the Strawberry Layer
Chop Strawberry into small pieces.
Optional: mash half of them to create a natural sauce.
Add a little sweetener if needed.
Step 4: Assemble the Jars
Add a layer of cheesecake yogurt cream.
Add a layer of strawberries.
Repeat layers until jar is full.
Finish with yogurt cream on top.
Step 5: Final Touch
Add fresh strawberry slices
Sprinkle crushed nuts or chia seeds
Chill for 1–2 hours before serving
