Ingredients:
- Thin slices of ginger root
- 1.5 liters of water
- Optional: A splash of lemon juice
Method:
- Bring the water to a boil and introduce the ginger slices.
- Allow it to simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- After it cools slightly, strain and, if desired, add some lemon juice.
- For best results, drink a glass in the morning before breakfast and another before dinner.
